Perhaps I did...I think you answered your own question with the still able to control it. Since the plm still had the link (half link) then the switch would respond. In Houselink terms they are half links.
I would like to get some clarity from an authoritative source if this is true. My objective wasNow in mh maybe they call them orphan, but to me an orphan means NO responders or controllers on the network, e.g. a dead link.
06/07/12 08:24:33 PM [Insteon::ALDB_i1] Nothing else to do for $Test_light after deleting 0 links tie_events eval error: Can't use an undefined value as an ARRAY reference at /home/misterhouse/mh/bin/../lib/Insteon /AllLinkDatabase.pm line 1996, <GEN1291> line 11. I need to step back for a bit and then come at the linking issues again. My concern is that logs are giving me unknown state for plm link table... Which I did. I tried the process of linking today and it worked - but I didn't add any scene or surrogate complexities into the mix. But both devices appear 'clean'. I am still left with a uncertainty as to correctness of scene and surrogate and just as important, is the self referencing case known to work?
You are being too generous...You are a bit further along then I am, I have not put any scenes into my mh yet. I've got a controlinc (not supported in mh) that seems to
Can't offer anything on this one.alway pick up our bedroom light that I need to fix. I think I figured out how to delete a link manually from the controlinc.
You are using the SVN Insteon branch? I remember (I think) reading that the Ezflora wasn't exactly supported but 'worked like' another device ?KepadLinc?? Anyway good luck and I hope you get it sorted out quickly. My next trick it to get weather working and make up a sprinkler schedule for my Ezflora module I wired in yesterday evening. Alan
