Hi Andreas,

I would like to contribute to this solution if possible. I will now register as a contributer. I just looked in the issue tracker and I don't see mention of it. What do you think the timeline should be?

As for GUI concerns, I agree that it would be nice but is far less important. However I see there is a goal to integrate with SmartClient/GWT and I think that is great. Actually I think the Sculptor + App Engine + SmartGWT stack would be ideal for for many low budget developers like me.

Let me know if I can contribute in some way.

Hi,
We have started to do some tests on deploying sculptor to appengine. To have a business project deployed is more or less a matter of supporting DataNucleus as jpa provider. This is ongoing work and shouldn't be to far away.
To have the webflow/jsf client working is more of a pain, and even if we are doing some work here as well, I think an out of the box support for it isn't around the nearest corner.

Keep watching this list and the wiki to stay updated.
As soon as we have something working in trunk, we let you know.

Dear Sculptor Community,

I am trying to deploy my Sculptor-generated model to Google App Engine. App Engine provides services that would complement Sculptor extremely well.

I was wondering if anyone has done this before? App Engine supports JPA so I think it should work, but I'm not clear on what (if any) dependencies must be removed.

Thanks for any help or interest in this possibility.
