(with the trailing slash) does respond a directory list with the
following content:
Index of /projects/downloads/jEditOQMath
• Parent Directory
• jEditOQMath-0.4-SNAPSHOT.tar.gz
• jEditOQMath-0.4-SNAPSHOT.zip
where the two links are:
http://www.activemath.org/projects/downloads/jEditOQMath/jEditOQMath-0.4-SNAPSHOT.tar.gz
http://www.activemath.org/projects/downloads/jEditOQMath/jEditOQMath-0.4-SNAPSHOT.zip

It's just the front proxy which does not relay to the right place if a
directory and not with slash.
