JavaHL consists of the following parts:
1. JavaHL API (org.tigris.subversion.javahl package), you may find it in
Subversion repository at
http://svn.collab.net/repos/svn/branches/1.6.x/subversion/bindings/javahl/src/SVNKit includes above URL as external, so on SVNKit check out you'll get
JavaHL API source code.
2. JavaHL native implementation - this is C code, part of Subversion.
3. JavaHL Java implementation - see SVNClientImpl class in SVNKit.
