And how the user is supposed to find out about this shortcut?
I don't have 'L&ocation' label in my konqueror (or did it apper only in 4.2.2?)

Ctrl+L is a standard for all the browsers (and also dolphin), like F5, Ctrl+F and so on.

There's no UI hint about Ctrl+L either. If the user didn't know it from other
browsers, he'd never find out.

There's also Ctrl+R for reload, btw.

In any case, despite being unnecessary, I'm not opposing. Konqueror at least
doesn't have the Firefox mis-feature of copying the location address to
PRIMARY when you hit Ctrl+L/Alt+o. With Firefox, if you want to erase the
address to be able to MMB-paste, you must not use Ctrl+L, or you'll lose
whatever you were going to paste.

There is one about Ctrl+O --- look at the file menu. The behavior of that
menu entry has raised some complaints, too.
