I got everything wrong at first. We are simply trying to do stuff when
threads exit.
If the thread is terminated because of an unhandled exception, there
might be some hook which we can exploit. But then this is not the only
way a thread may exit. Handling everything may really be impossible.
I'll be looking into it.
