the internal OFX plugin called 'KMyMoney OFX' and Debbi is talking about the
KBanking plugin which also provides OFX access.

Debbi: Please check if the KMyMoney OFX plugin is present and enabled. Not
knowing the version anymore, but the plugins can now be enabled. Open the
Settings/Configure KMyMoney dialog. The last icon on the left should be
labeled "Plugins". Select it and see if the KMyMoney OFX plugin shows up and
is selected. Screenshot attached.
