At least building a kernel w/o acpi & ioapic got me a working kernel,

I can confirm there is a problem with ioapic settings... I've tried compiling kernel with and without ioapic and also installed netbsd-daily/tar_files/generic one and same results.
Whenever i enable ioapic or use generic kernel, the notebook restarts itself while booting. If i disable it, it boots.
