If you do not want to build a toolchain I think BSEMI has binaries
that you can download:
http://www.bsemi.com/page.pl/customersDid you build the toolchain? If not and you wanted to you could start
here and roll one yourself:
http://www.opencores.org/projects.cgi/web/or1k/gnu_toolchain_portIf you do have a toolchain you need to make sure that it is in the
path so something like "export PATH=/yourPath/or32-uclinux/bin:$PATH"
might help.
