You include no context, and I have no idea who you are.

Your email client has set your message to a high priority.  You should
fix that, as this is not a high priority email.

pERP has no forum.  pERP has no user level support.  pERP has not had
a full, ready for common usage release.
We have a developer's mailing list.  If you are a developer, I
encourage you to use it.

The SVN is current.  It may be better to download the release,
depending on your circumstances.

pERP is licensed under the GPL: http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html
Please see http://www.projecterp.org/mediawiki/index.php/Artwork for
restrictions on using the projectERP name and logo.

The content of my reply may sound harsh, but to be clear, I am glad to
see that someone wants to take this on and offer end user support.  I
have no time for it.  Several companies are using pERP internally, but
so far no one is offering pERP as a service.  We have no real
guidelines set up, and have only a beta release, so this may be a
bumpy road for you.

Specifically regarding support, please keep in mind that I nor any of
the other developers on projectERP has time to deal with Tier 1
support issues.  In your planning, you should expect to have people
familiar enough with pERP to be able to handle Tier 1 and almost all
your Tier 2 level issues.  At Tier 3 your developers will be able to
contact the pERP developers' mailing list for help.
You may also need to have access to people familiar with accounting
and GAAP in your region.

I can appreciate the desire from a host's perspective, but I think
it's not a good idea, and will result in users trying to take
shortcuts to save a few cents.  This may result in more support
problems for you.  Also from their perspective, the monthly / seat
method is nice and predictable.  By usage billing will fluctuate
period to period, making it more difficult to budget.  From your
client's perspective, more activity doesn't always mean more sales.

It is possible to modify pERP, but it would be easier to monitor
something else, like apache logs for hits, or SQL logs for number of
queries done.

> Any interfaces with credit card billing?

No, pERP currently has no interfaces to anything external, with the
sole exception of current exchange rates.

This is dumb, especially to put at the BOTTOM of an email sent to
someone you have had no previous contact with.
This reply has been forwarded to the pERP developer's list, as per the
FAQ section on getting help, so that others can benefit from the
answers.  Please see the FAQ:
