As a matter a of fact the answer is even more simple the group box
does not work since the widget has the type Q3ButtonGroup which I
think is not supported anymore in the kde4 KConfigDialog :) so the
porting will consist of updating all widgets from the UI files.

Qt Assistant was the qt3 version of qt designer :).
