http://mirror.ovh.net/ubuntu/dists/jaunty/main/binary-amd64/ Look at the dates.
It seems some parts of the mirror are up to date
(
http://mirror.ovh.net/ubuntu/pool/main/p/python-setuptools/ has the
current package) while some are not. I guess launchpad notices that
ovh.net is syncing, but doesn't see that the sync doesn't complete for
some reasons.
