A machine can have several PCI host bridges connected directly to the
main bus. This makes different PCI "domains". i386 generally has only
one domain (and uses PCI-PCI bridges to expand the PCI bus to more than
5 devices). On other architectures like macppc or alpha, multiple PCI
domains are more common.

Well you should be able to figure this out by yourself after reading the
ln(1) manual page. If not, I'm afraid I can't help you too much and you
should consider switching to hardware supported by the i386 or the amd64
versions of OpenBSD, which are more likely to work out of the box for
beginners.
