I agree.  Even though the risk of confusion is relatively low since
the earlier 3.2.1 was never placed on the Octave or GNU sites, it
would probably be best to make this one 3.2.2.

OK, I made it 3.2.2. Sigh. Another eternal tribute to a withdrawn release.
