interpriter language can be more cosmopolitan than english on twitter
i still cannot write anything like that but if there's something like this:
just push some silly graphic buttons to express your feelings
it'll generate a code that is shorter than 140
it'll be your blog that has an rss.xml
then you can use
http://twitterfeed.com/ to automatically update your twitts
http://twitpic.com/doesn't even require you to do that
i mean ... a comment to your picture automatically comes into your
twitter account as a @reply
