Yes - SendReply is the answer... but note that it's not in sc3.2, it
was added a few months ago, so it's in recent builds.

Copied from the SendTrig helpfile... :

"This command is the mechanism that synths can use to trigger events in
clients. A message is sent to all notified clients. see Server. For sending
an array of values, or an arbitrary reply command, see SendReply"
