The tiffcp commands already exist as rules in the
Makefile.equirect.mk file, it would be simple to transfer these
directly to all the hugin .pto.mk Makefiles.

The only problem is the already convoluted GUI in the hugin Stitcher
tab, how do we make this an option that users will be able to find?
