Re: t5: turning off logging for jetty

If found this Jetty Q affected my Tapestry experience. To fix it, I
commented out, the requestLog tag in the standard Tapestry POM, which
starts:
<requestLog implementation="org.mortbay.jetty.NCSARequestLog">
