There are two other settings that are important.
Pre-fill can save you some data entry work, and Include Items can save  
you some trouble as well.

You should get much more than a cancel button, even if it's a  
nextmatch showing 0 of 0.

If your filtering settings get you a count with no items, you might  
get this.

Pick your filters and settings.
pERP will generate some count sheets for you to fill out with the  
right numbers (they'll show above the nextmatch, below the supervisor)
Fill out the worksheets
pERP will figure out differences, and give you a list of variances for  
you to verify.
