maybe the download page could suggest a proper version automatically,  
determining the user's operating system. like

http://www.firefox.com  ---> big one click button

or at least very easily accessible, like

http://processing.org/download/

?

furthermore, since it is quite an effort to access it from the  
sourceforge project page, i think there should also be a button for  
the 3.3 RC ?
