and you can easily see the right one from the OS-icons....

 maybe choose one version as the default download, e.g.

SuperCollider-With-Extras, which is what an average user will download, and

put the vanilla SC3, SC-realized, SC-sourcecode etc. more down in the

document.

Which should be emphasised? Removing things is quite important I

think, cutting down on the clutter.

Perhaps there should be separate webpages for each platform:

"downloads/mac", "downloads/linux", "downloads/win"? That might make

things more pleasant. But then there are miscellaneous things which

might not fit that subdivision. (freebsd? ;)
