Re: unable to compile rrdtool.exe version 1.3.8

I am trying to compile rrdtool.exe version 1.3.8 on my windows desktop using cygwin. I am following the doc to install the dependencies. I am getting this error when attempting to install Cairo:

configure: error: pixman >= 0.10.0 is required

(http://cairographics.org/releases/)

I did istall Pixman, but still getting the above error. Does anybody know the root cause? Is there a windows compiled version of rrdtoo.exe 1.3.8 outhere?
