I deleted the Nepomuk index on the upgrade, since with KDE SC 4.6.5
Nepomuk strigi/streamanalyzer crashed anyway during working through my
home directory.

But well now its quiet again for me. I get an occasional burst of activity
of mainly virtuoso-t it seems and then its quiet again. Maybe thats
garbage collection or so.
