Before applying this wireless LAN firmware Update, both of the following Softpaqs must be installed:
(SoftPaq SP27674), (SoftPaq SP28615), (SoftPaq SP27605) and Microsoft ActiveSync 3.7 or later.
[Install in order]:
1. 1_sp27674_aka_sp27682 [version: 1.10 - HP iPAQ Pocket PC h5500 Series ROM Update Version 1.10]
2. 2_sp28615_aka_sp27586 [version: 4.3.5.414 - HP iPAQ Pocket PC h5500 Series Wireless LAN Driver Update with WPA Support]
3. sp27605 [version: 1.103.5.164 - HP iPAQ Pocket PC h5500 Series Wireless LAN Firmware Update with WPA Support]
[Howto]:
1. Establish an ActiveSync connection between your PocketPC and host PC.
2. Execute the first install file and follow the on-screen instructions.
3. Perform a normal reset on the PocketPC and install other updates.
* If something goes wrong and your PDA will probably die, open it with screwdriver and disconnect bios battery.
