Is this link still good?
Also, is this syntax Common Music or Common Lisp Music?  I'm not sure
there's a Windows version of Common Lisp Music, I've tried to build
that, without success.

both common music and common lisp music are scheme and Grace contains
both packages. it also provides a simple infix substitute to scheme,
its called Sal.

im moving to the very latest juce release (1.54.27) and so will be
making another alpha release on all oses this week.
ill also see if i can include liblo (osc) on windows.

thats correct, both clm and cm have been scheme based for several
years. their older systems (the clm4 and cm2 development lines...) are
still available however and will still work in common lisp. but for
audio i think the speed of s7 scheme has pobably surpassed the older
clm4/cltl/c  speeds
