Hi all,
WYSIWYG Wiki is not in 2.5, it's in trunk. Which means it's not yet available in a released version of Sakai.
I think there also may still be one or two bugs in it on browsers that are supported, so it needs a proper QA cycle.
Cheers
Stephen

In 2.5 there is a full FCK Editor (ie wysiwyg) editor in wiki thanks
to CRIM. There are still one of 2 bugs on browsers that are not
officially supported by Sakai.
Have a look at qa1-nl.sakaiproject.org. You should see three tabs on
the top of the editor. Edit, Edit in Html and Preview.
Unfortunately, FCK does not have the full capabilities of the wiki
language (eg recent changes and other macros) so where it cant cope,
the wiki markup will remain.
I believe there is a patch somewhere in JIRA for 2.4
