What a wonderful feature.

Presumably this means you didn't have permission to download
and alter someone else's image from the web then?

I wish I could have this feature on every one of my images :-)

What is the technical secret that caught you out?

Kind regards

Pete, the original poster was not the individual who downloaded and tried to
resize the image in question. He only read about it and wondered what
software it was that could have caused Photoshop to throw the warning.  He
was merely asking the list if anyone knew what this software was.

How do you do that? :-)

[Mark Lent] When you copy a file from a CD, you also copy the properties,
and often, especially from a CD, these are automatically given a "Write
Protect".
