I am running TM09 on iMac using Parallels and Win 7.
including Dot.Net and Traveler

Before that same setup running Win XP.  Still a VM I can access.

I also sync a Win Mobile device.

I suspect a typo in one of the codes or master password.  One of our  
Troop ASM's
had a hard time setting up TM on his Win Box and it was master  
password problem -
case sensitive.
