Dom0 is loaded by hypervisor and you could see the code in  __start_xen() and construct_dom0(), which are responsible for loading and initializing Dom0.

hello,
    I have a question about loading domain0. Is domain0 loaded through grub or hypervisor???
    If domain0 is loaded by hypervisor, which part of sourcecode is responsible for loading domain0?
