Read the kwallet.kwl by a command line?

Dear all,

I have a pb with kwallet (a priori because of kdelibs4c2a "explained" in
http://www.mail-archive.com/debian-qt-kde%40lists.debian.org/msg28945.html).

Is there a mean to access stored data in decrypting the kwallet.kwl (e.g.,
command line)?
