Dear colleagues,
Is there a consensus on best/good housekeeping gene in C. elegans to use
to normalise against in Real Time PCR?
Have tried act-3 (see Park et al (2007) J Mol Biol 372 (2), 331-340) but
find large differences in RNAs from two worm populations (in all replicates).
