Recommended way to work on cervisia

Hi!

Sorry to bother you with that...

I checked out kdesdk from the kde 3.5 branch, executed make -f
Makefile.cvs, configure and make in the cervisia directory. Now when I
execute cervisia I get the error message

"The Cervisia library could not be loaded.
Details:
Library files for "libcervisiapart.la" not found in paths."

Well the cervisia bash script tells me I need to install all libtool
libs that cervisa depends on, and if I do "make install" everything
works fine.
But how can I set up my environment to use the libs in my working
directory which I am going to recompile during development? I tried
adding my cervisa working dir to PATH but the error remains.

Thx alot
christian
