Recording behind a proxy for bypassed servers

Hi,

I am a newbie in MaxQ. I installed it and i also configured the maxq config file to suit my system. i.e.

local port:8090
remote.proxy.name: my.proxy.name
remote.port.no: myportno

but the proxy has been bypassed for my application as it's a local host application.

so i am unable to record any scripts for the application as it always bypasses the proxy.
if i remove the bypass for the application, the application doesn work.

Hence can anyone of u kindly help me with what i am supposed to do.
