Recording whittling chip

Where in PackMaster can I record the Scouts that have earned their whittling chip? Do I have to add this as a Special Award? I would think that this would be a regular award since the Bears earn it as part of requirement 19.

You'll have to define it in the Special Awards section. Just as we have to do the same in Troopmaster for Totin' Chip and Firem' Chit.
