Red-Soft ODBC build 147, compatible with Firebird 2.1?

Red-Soft ODBC driver is built on sep/23, so I suppose is the latest
build available (ie, has all the patches arked as solved in FB tracker).
It´s compatible with Firebird 2.1, or has something special to work with
RedSoft database?

Thanks!

It must be compatible with Firebird 2.1 too.
Also every patch must be ported to Firebird Odbc/Jdbc sources too.

Roman, one more quiestion: Redsoft build 147 is more "updated" that
Firebird ODBC build 149? (in build datetime, it is, but I don't know why
the build is minor).

Regards

I don't think so. What distributives are you using to install Firebird
ODBC and Red Soft ODBC? On sf.net I can see only 1.2 version of Firebird
ODBC. Red Soft ODBC is deployed with Red Database. Right?

Or you are building them yourself?

But It seems that Red Soft build number for ODBC driver is not correct.
Thanks. It will be fixed.

AFAIK every patch to Firebird or Red Soft ODBC is ported to another
source tree. Hence you can either use ODBC driver from Red Database
2.1.3 or build your snapshot from Firebird source tree (version 2.0 or
HEAD).

On 09/03/2009 Alexander Potapchenko published 2.0.149 build of Firebird
ODBC driver at
http://www.firebirdsql.org/downloads/snapshot_builds/odbc/, which was
the last official build. But Red-Soft has a newer build (inside the 2.1
community package), as 2.0.147 build.

AFAIK the source code is sync'd but there isn't  a Firebird  build
containing latest changes.
