Red5 integration w/ a webapp

Hi folks.

I'm working on a project where I'd like to use flash to record audio at
the client, and either transfer or stream the audio back to the web
application server. I'm using Tomcat for the web app server.

How hard would it be to integrate Red5 into an existing web app for
this purpose?
