Regarding MULTI LANGUAGE Implementation

Hi, I'm new using DRUPAL. Im stuck at one point while creating a site. Actually i want my site to support multiple language. So i want to know the way for giving multi language support in my site. I've downloaded Unisaraswati module. But i think its not sufficient. So could u plz help me! I'll be greatful to  u.

For multilingual sites in Drupal5 you need a 3th party module like i18n (http://drupal.org/project/i18n) or localizer.
In Drupal6 multilingual functionality is in core. You can use i18n (and/or other modules) however to add functionality.
