Regarding about the way type/direction attribute in TIGER

Hello,
    Is tiger support for oneway , two way road, i mean direction one way or both way like in OSM. If so which attribute is that one? And also does roadmap support for that(direction) as well?

no, tiger data does not support restrictions (one-way, no left turn,
etc...) - I do not believe that any of that is included in the new
shapefiles either.

No.  As as I understand, TIGER data does not have any data
relating to one-way roads. And it probably never will.
