Hello Frank,
If you are using FGS 9.5, the modules available are listed on
http://dl.maptools.org/dl/fgs/releases/9.5/modules/ (including the
'fgs-postgresql' module that you require). The syntax for loading a
module is found on
http://www.maptools.org/fgs/index.phtml?page=install.html(if your fgs folder is corrupt, just rm it and start again)
