Relative path references when using the XSLT include

It is quite challenging to get the right combination of path references when using XSLT import. Especially when you are mixing both client and server XSLT.

We have a few guild lines here:

Thanks for this. A few months ago I tried to get Docbook XSL into
eXist, but couldn't get it to work. This should help!
