I've been doing some reading into the online catalogs of various game distributors (the people hobby shops buy from in bulk). Here's the online catalog of upcoming releases for GTS Distribution, one of many game distributors: http://www.gamus.com/CR/Upcoming_by_category.html If you hit Ctrl+F and type chaotic (to search the page for the word chaotic), you'll find GTS' entries for the Dawn of Perim Starter Decks and Boosters.
