Release of 1.0

Hello,

I'm interested in getting a fix for CARGO-520 (output log stomping)
which I see has been committed and is scheduled to go in 1.0.

I'd like to avoid compiling my own build if possible and would be
grateful if you could tell me when you are planning on building a
release candidate or a final build?
