Release packaging types in NGSHi,
I need help with compiling a list of types of release packaging used in NGS ("Jewel Case", "Digipak", etc.). Optical discs are quite well covered by http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Optical_disc_packaging but what about other formats? If you can think of anything, can you please add here - http://wiki.musicbrainz.org/Next_Generation_Schema/Release_Packaging ? Thanks, -- Lukas Lalinsky lalinsky@... _______________________________________________ MusicBrainz-users mailing list MusicBrainz-users@... http://lists.musicbrainz.org/mailman/listinfo/musicbrainz-users |

Re: Release packaging types in NGSThis is a great list; though, if the vinyl details here relating to weight and speed are used, luks, please let me know, and I'll get a more complete list together for you; the options included here, from RYM, wouldn't be able to describe "vinyl-like" flat-record releases prior to about 1930, due to differing materials, weights, and speeds, from the later standards.
