Releases?

I'm using the Lightning's Debian package which says it's version
"1.2-4"; it seems to be from 2004.

I encountered the same problem as the the OP in

In that thread, it's mentioned there's a release 1.2c, but I cannot find
any newer release on

  http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/lightning/

What do I miss?
