Releasing Vendors / Derby

I modified this a while back and the testing looks good. This was a
small fix to correct the handling of properties for the latest
version of Derby.

Any objections to me releasing this? It will be version 1.3. I'll
most likely need to update the parents and some other items so I'll
let you know when its done. Any objections?
