Relicense gdl from GPL to LGPL

Hi!

In bug http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=584318 people ask us to
relicense gdl from GPL to LGPL so it could be used and linked against
commercial software projects.

Nearly all source files contain a LGPL license header except
gdl-dock-item-button-image.[ch] (Joel Holdsworth), gdl-switcher.[ch]
(Naba Kumar) and gdl-dock-item-grip.[ch] based on bonobo-dock-item-grip
(Michael Meeks, Sun Microsystems).

Unfortunately there is one person we can no longer ask for the copyright
change as Ettore Perazzoli died in December 2003. For the rest of you I
would like to ask you if you would agree relicensing the whole library
under LGPL.
