Remote mouse and kbd

Is there a way (say via KDE) to have a remote (say 500km away,
on another system) mouse and keyboard on a system (say B) for
a system A.

So, if the user on system B enters a sequence of key strokes
(in the remote mode), those key strokes will be received on
system A, as if coming from the local keyboard of system A.
