Would it be possible to define a simple default action to use in
replacement of the Reply command, where it would incorporate the
customized Prefix/Suffix options with the entire message?

That might be easier, especially if you want to reply to a message from
the default summary/list view, and not open the message first (in many
cases, I've already read the message but will reply later).

Also, might it be possible to define an F key instead of ctrl-3, or
would this conflict with other options.
