Reportung bugs in bugs.sun.com

There seems to be some issue with bugs.sun.com which I want to report
to the appropriate folks.  However, the general site contact form
doesn't offer a matching category (it's a mail issue), and
bugs.sun.com doesn't take bug reports on itself.  Could someone please
point me in the right direction?

PS: The issue is that I keep getting notifications that bug 6498938
has been updated, even though no change is visible on the public
interface.  I can't see a commit in the OpenJDK repositories
referencing one of the bug numbers, either (I'm assuming the update is
due to the "Fix Available" marker).

I've forwarded your mail to the folks that maintain this site. I don't
know what the issue is but I've also received several notifications (all
duplicates) over the last few days.

In any case, it looks like the changeset is in jdk7/tl/langtools:

Hi Florian,

Can you forward me one (more would be better) of the notifications you
have received? It will be helpful in identifying if there had been a
change to the bug, or if the system incorrectly identified a change.
