I regularly start from scratch, deleting and downloading everything, to ensure that new comers can build without problems, but since the change to Mercurial the repository has been very unstable. It should be able to automate this. With your local repository, can you clone it locally and try to build it before uploading to sf.net? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Let Crystal Reports handle the reporting - Free Crystal Reports 2008 30-Day trial. With your local repository, can you clone it locally and try to > build it before uploading to sf.net? that you're keeping me honest - I'll make the observation that K-3D has over 100 modules, some of which are explicitly experimental in nature, some of which have external library dependencies that not every developer has on every machine, and some of which are platform-specific. For all these reasons, you just have to relax into the fact that no-one (not even me) is building every module all the time, and that problems can creep-in. The best defense is good dashboard coverage. Since you're on 64-bit Linux, you should be submitting a dashboard no matter what.
